Please note, I never rent to students or couples. I rent to professionals only (or mature students). I don't live at the property. Large pets (e.g. dogs and cats) are not permitted, although smaller pets are allowed, at landlord's discretion. I do not rent to anyone under 23, but there is no upper age limit. The other housemates are aged from 28 - 50+.
